		<description>While the acidity of the apricot might be slightly less then that of the plum, the 75/25 ratio is not significant enough to cause the total pluot acidity to drop much lower then the average plum. 

At any given time during peak ripeness, an apricot and plum are usually roughly in the same pH specification range.</description>
